The Defence Space Administration (DSA) received a team from CIZOTI Nigeria Limited; a company that provides high quality geospatial services ranging from satellite imagery, drone, GPS data for desktop and web mapping.
The team led by the Chief Executive Officer, Mrs E Amos stated in her purpose of visit that the company seeks to collaborate in training staff of the Administration in line with DSA’s needs and objectives. They also intend to develop and implement a plan to achieve those goals through their services. Some of the services include GIS and Remote Sensing consultancy, web and mobile apps development, object tracking and tracing, capacity building in geo-informatics, equipment sales and hiring.
The DCDSA in response, reiterated the fact that some staff of the administration have been trained before by the company and the Administration intends to sponsor more staff for training. This is to maintain the existing alliance and foster future collaborations with the company in alignment with the mandate of DSA.
Highlights of the courtesy visit was an elaborate interactive session, signing of the visitors’ book, photograph session and exchange of souvenirs.
