Defence Space Administration Boosts Workforce Capacity with New Training Program

In line with its mandate, the Chief of Defence Space Administration, Air Vice Marshal L.I. Oluwatoyin, has approved a new training initiative designed to empower staff of the Administration’s Non-Operational Directorates.

The program commenced at the General Leo Irabor Hall, where participants were introduced to the training package and briefed on its purpose, scope, and objectives by the facilitator, Air Cdre Darlington Abdullahi (rtd).

Delivering the inaugural address, Deputy Chief of Defence Space Administration, Rear Admiral K. Mohammed, urged participants to maximize the opportunity, emphasizing the importance of applying the knowledge gained beyond the training sessions. He noted that the program is tailored to enhance the effective discharge of duties across the Administration.

The opening ceremony concluded with a group photograph, after which participants were organized into groups to facilitate smoother coordination throughout the training.
