The Chief of Communication and Information Technology (CCIT) Naval Headquarters, Rear Admiral ZS Muhammad and his team paid a courtesy visit to the Chief of Defence Space Administration, AVM AA Shinkafi on the 13th of August, 2024 at the CDSA’s conference room.
In his remarks, Rear Admiral ZS Muhammad appreciated the Defence Space Administration for supporting the Nigerian Navy in achieving its mandate in terms of intelligence sharing and personnel training. He also added that the Naval Communication and Information Technology is benefitting from the lecture series organized by the Administration.
Rear Admiral ZS Muhammad further stated that the visit was an avenue to seek more collaboration between the Defence Space Administration and the Naval Communication and Information Technology. He further reminded the CDSA of their request for manpower for the forthcoming Annual Inter-command Competition and Cyber Drills.
The Chief of Defence Space Administration, Air Vice Marshal AA Shinkafi, in his response, appreciated the CCIT for visiting and went on to thank the Chief of Naval Staff for his unwavering support to the Administration. He appreciated the Nigerian Navy for sending the requested manpower to the Administration.
The visit was brought to a close with a group photograph and a tour of the Defence Space Administration Facility.
