The Defence Space Administration (DSA) recently hosted a delegation from WB Group, a leading global defence and security technology provider. The visit aimed to foster collaboration in the areas of satellite and ground station communications to enhance situational awareness capabilities.
The delegation was led by Mr. Omo Alokwe, who introduced the visiting team comprising the Charge d’ Affaires of Poland in Nigeria (Poland Ambassador to Nigeria) Mr. Mihal Cygan, Air Vice Marshal KG Lar (Rtd), Mr Jacek Stee, and Mr. Michael Kozieradzki.
During the visit, Mr. Jacek Stee delivered a presentation highlighting innovative solutions in satellite communication and ground station technologies. The presentation showcased cutting-edge systems designed to support real-time data collection, improve surveillance, and enhance mission-critical communications for defence operations.
The visit emphasized leveraging advanced space and communication technologies to strengthen national defence and security infrastructure.
The CDSA, AVM LI Oluwatoyin, appreciated the delegates for the visit, as both parties expressed optimism on possible areas of collaboration.
