Chief Of Defence Space Administration
The Chief of Defence Space Administration, Air Vice Marshal Ahmed Abdullahi Shinkafi, Distinguished Service Star, Field Command Medal, Pass Staff Course, Member of the national Institute (mni) , a Chartered Engineer registered by the United Kingdom Council of Engineers and also a registered member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineer in Nigeria (COREN). Air Vice Marshal Ahmed Abdullahi Shinkafi was appointed the 6TH Chief of Defence Space Administration on the 26th June 2023. He assumed office as the Chief of Defence Space Administration on 3 July 2023.

Rear Admiral Kehinde John Odubanjo, DSS BSc MNIM psc(+) mni assumed office as the 13th Deputy Chief of Defence Space Administration (DCDSA) on 29 January 2024. He graduated from the prestigious Nigerian Defence Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics on 17th September 1994 as a member of 41 Regular Combatant Course. In his military career, the senior officer has attended all courses commensurate to his rank and status, including Specialization Course in Above Water Warfare at the Indian Navy Ship DRONACHARYA, Kochi, India where he graduated with distinction and bagged the award for Best Foreign Officer on the Course. The DCDSA was a member of Senior Executive Course 38, 2016 of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru-Jos.

Major General Ibrahim Garba Lassa was born on 25 February 1970, he is the Director of the Directorate Policy Plans and Research. The senior Officer assumed duty on the 14th July 2023. He attended Lassa Primary School, Borno State from 1975 – 1981 and went on to study at Government Secondary School, Alaska, Borno State from 1982-1986 for his Secondary School Education after which he attended the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna, Nigeria from 1989 - 1994.

I have implemented policies and procedures that positively impact employee satisfaction with the aim of improving hydrographic survey capabilities in the Nigerian Navy as well as the overall productivity at several units where I have served and the Navy in general.

Air Vice Marshal Anthony Victor Ndace was born on 7 Jul 70 in Zaria. He hails from Lavun LGA of Niger State. He was enlisted into the NAF as a member of NDA RC 41 on 17 Sep 98 and was commissioned Pilot Officer on 17 Sep 94. He was promoted to the rank of AVM WEF WEF 17 Sep 21. He holds a BSc degree in Economics from NDA, MBA from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and PGDPA from ASCON.

Rear Admiral SA Yahaya was admitted into the Nigerian Defence Academy as a member of 42 Regular Course on 17 August 1990 and commissioned a Sub-Lieutenant on 16 September 1995 into the Nigerian Navy. He is a specialist Weapons Electrical Engineer, and the senior officer holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree, a master’s in international Affairs and Defence Studies including a Master of Strategy and Development Studies. The senior officer has served in various capacities and has held numerous appointments afloat and ashore in the Nigerian Navy, tri-Service institutions and internationally. Some of these include Instructor and Electrical Maintenance Officer at the Nigerian Naval College, ONNE and Officer-in-Charge, Fleet Support Unit, DELTA.

Rear Admiral SH Abdullahi was born on 28th Feb, 1972 and joined the NN on 23 Aug, 1993. He did his cadet training at Nigerian Naval College Onura and was commissioned in 1994. R Adm Abdullahi attended the Sub-Lieutenant Logistics Course at Indian Naval Ship Hamla, Mumbai, India and Logistics Management Advance Course at Pakistan Naval Ship KARSAZ, Karachi Pakistan. The senior officer did the junior and senior staff courses at Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji and attended the Royal College of Defence Studies, London for International Security and Strategy Course.
