Major General Ibrahim Garba Lassa was born on 25 February 1970, he is the Director of the Directorate Policy Plans and Research. The senior Officer assumed duty on the 14th July 2023. He attended Lassa Primary School, Borno State from 1975 – 1981 and went on to study at Government Secondary School, Alaska, Borno State from 1982-1986 for his Secondary School Education after which he attended the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna, Nigeria from 1989 - 1994.

Rear Admiral in the Nigerian Navy with about 25 years work experience. I am particularly interested in Hydrographic Surveying and mapping. I have implemented policies and procedures that positively impact employee satisfaction with the aim of improving hydrographic survey capabilities in the Nigerian Navy as well as the overall productivity at several units where I have served and the Navy in general.

Major General ES Mustapha was born on January 1, 1972, in Abeokuta, Ogun State. He received his early education at Baptist Primary and Secondary Schools in Ibadan before attending the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) in Kaduna, where he was a member of the 43rd Regular Course. The Senior Officer holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the NDA, a Master’s degree in Strategy, Defence Management, and Command from the French War College (Ecole de Guerre) in Paris, and a Master’s in Peace, Conflict, and Development Studies from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Computer Professionals of Nigeria.

Air Vice Marshal Yinkere Ebimobowei Dennis is a highly distinguished officer in the Nigerian Air Force with an extensive and exemplary career in engineering, aircraft maintenance, and strategic leadership. Born on November 20, 1968, he holds a range of academic qualifications that include a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the Nigerian Defence Academy, a Diploma in Aviation Theory from the People's Liberation Army of China, a Master's in International Relations and Strategic Studies from Benue State University, and a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the University of Ibadan. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the National Defence College, Abuja. Throughout his career, he has attended numerous military courses, including engineering and aircraft maintenance training, aviation theory, and senior executive management courses, both within Nigeria and internationally. These include training at the Air Force Institute of Technology, Nigeria, the Air Force Aviation University in China, the US Air Force Special Operations School, and various other renowned military institutions.

Air Vice Marshal (AVM) Abubakar Abdul Suleh is a distinguished officer specializing in Aircraft Engineering. Born on May 31, 1971, in Bida, Niger State, he has built a remarkable career in the Nigerian Air Force (NAF). He began his educational journey at Air Force Secondary School Kaduna (1983–1988) before earning a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Nigerian Defence Academy (1990–1994). His quest for advanced knowledge led him to complete specialized training in corrosion prevention at the University of Lagos (2000), obtain an MIAD from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria (2008), and secure an MSc in National Security and War Studies from the National Defence University Islamabad (2017).

Major General Emmanuel Abori Anaryu GSS is a distinguished officer in the Nigerian Army. Currently serving as the Director of Administration at the Defence Space Administration, he oversees the critical task of managing and coordinating administrative matters to ensure the organization's efficiency and alignment with national defence objectives.
