The Chief of Defence Space Administration (CDSA), Air Vice Marshal L. I. Oluwatoyin, alongside other senior officers, staff, and well-wishers, presided over the decoration ceremony of Lieutenant Colonel S. Salawu as he was elevated to the rank of Colonel.
